Submit your FINAL presentation into CMT

  1. Make any and all necessary changes to their presentation based on the Track Chair's feedback
  2. Add all author information & bio
  3. Convert the draft presentation to fit the SPCE 2025 Presentation Template 
  4. Rename the final presentation in the following format: Presentation# X_Title_Final.ppt
  5. Then, it is required that you convert your PowerPoint into a PDF. ALL PRESENTERS should upload both a FINAL PowerPoint AND PDF to CMT.
  6. Upload the final presentation into CMT by selecting “Camera Ready Submission”
  7. Register to attend SPCE 2025*

Presenters must submit their final version and complete their symposium registration by October 15, 2025**.

Note: The final Camera Ready form includes some questions that are targeted toward the Formal Paper submitters. Please check the boxes anyways even if you are only submitting a presentation.
